2023 2nd International Conference on Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition（ISPP2023）

2023 2nd International Conference on Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition（ISPP2023）was held from February 24 to 26 in Changsha, China. It dedicated to create a platform for academic communications between specialists and scholars in the fields of Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition. ISPP 2023 was the Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. The idea of the conference was for the scientists, scholars, engineers, and students from universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provided opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, establish business or research relations, and find global partners for future collaboration.

The opening ceremony was graced by Conference Honorary Chair, Prof. Li Bing (Southeast Univeristy, China), who delivered warm welcome remarks to all the attendees. In addition, we have invited IEEE Fellow Prof. David Zhang (Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), China), IEEE Fellow Prof. Xiaolin Wu (McMaster University, Canada), IEEE Fellow Prof. Lap-Pui Chau (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore), and Prof. Jimmy Liu (Southern University of Science and Technology, China; Principle Scientist (Adj), Singapore National Eye Research Institute, Singapore) to give us unforgettable keynote speeches.

The conference has 18 parallel sessions.
